| Customer Assistance Professional |
 |
| As a Customer Assistance Professional, you will be responsible for collecting funds on accounts that are past due 30+ days and/or over their credit limit. Our predictive auto dialer system will automatically connect you with inbound/outbound calls regarding these accounts. |
 |
| You will be responsible for advising customers of their account status and offer a variety of payment arrangement options that will assist them in bringing their account back to an acceptable credit status. Payment arrangements and important changes regarding personal account information will be updated in our FDR collection system. |
 |
| The work environment consists of being at a workstation with a headset to receive calls from the auto dialer and enter information in our collection system via computer, which will require you to be on the telephone the majority of the time. This environment can be demanding and may require being persistent and persuasive while remaining professional. |
